The software

Scoring that runs the room for you.

Every lane ships with the Playarka game platform: automatic scoring on a lane-end screen, party formats and quick games for walk-ins, leagues and leaderboards for regulars - and an AI layer that keeps the energy up without your staff lifting a finger.

Automatic scoring · party formats · leagues & leaderboards · remote diagnostics - one platform on every lane, updated continuously.

Indicative payback4 months

Payback assumes ~60% operating margin before rent. Indicative only - venue rent, staffing, and pricing vary. We model your exact site in the assessment.

Methodology: revenue = lanes × games per hour × operating hours × utilization × price, on a 26-day month. At the default 2-lane settings that is ₹25,200 per day and about ₹6.55 lakh per month. Payback assumes ~60% operating margin before rent and is indicative only.

FAQ

Common questions

Is duckpin real bowling?
Yes - duckpin is a 130-year-old bowling variant played with shorter pins and a palm-size ball with no finger holes. Ten frames, strikes, spares. The US Bowling Congress certified string pinsetters in 2023 after research found no significant scoring difference versus free-fall machines. The difference is the engineering: shorter lanes, lighter equipment, and a game everyone from a 6-year-old to a grandparent can actually play.
How much space do I need?
A 2-lane setup fits in 700–1,000 sq ft with a ceiling height of 9 ft or more. We have layouts for L-shaped rooms, mezzanines, and basements - share your floor plan and we will confirm fit in 48 hours.
What does it cost?
From ₹7.95 lakh per lane for a 2-lane setup, improving to ₹5.95 lakh per lane on larger installations. Imported branded ten-pin equipment runs ₹28–45L+ for two lanes. Exact quote in 48 hours from your floor plan.
How long does installation take?
From site-readiness, 10–20 days to first game. The lanes arrive as engineered modules, not a civil-works project.
What about maintenance?
The pinsetter is designed for low-touch operation and every install is remote-monitored - most faults are diagnosed before your operator notices. An annual maintenance contract with defined response SLAs covers parts and preventive service.
Who operates it day to day?
One person. Scoring is automatic, ball return is automatic, and game management runs from a tablet. No special shoes, no ball drilling, no lane oiling schedule - your staff takes bookings and payments.
